Autumn Morning Litter Pick

A great way to get some fresh air and exercise while helping your local nature reserve stay wildlife-friendly! Gloves, grabbers, and bags will be provided. Accompanied children are welcome

Conservation Task

Task to be confirmed, but we usually clear bramble or other invasive species, or cut scrub. Some general tidying up and litter picking may be included. Gloves and hand tools will be provided. Please arrive promptly at the start time. The event is for teenagers and adults only, no dogs please

Fungi Hunt

This is our annual autumn fungus foray on the Green to try to add to the list of over 160 fungi species recorded here. We will explore both the woodland and grassland areas. Hot and sunny summers boost fungi numbers when followed by a wet spell, so fingers crossed for some rain, but not on the day!
